Efficient.  Practical. Counsel.

About Frederick F. Bethel, Esq.
I opened my office with the goal of providing efficient, practical counsel to my clients. My practice focuses almost entirely on family law matters like divorce, division of property, alimony, custody and child support. I can also work with you to obtain relief from abuse orders and to enforce court orders when the other party isn't complying with them.

Divorce isn't rocket science or brain surgery, but the issues for the court to resolve in a divorce case don't always have clear-cut answers and as such, a divorce can sometimes feel just as complicated. Family law involves relationships that often will continue well into the future regardless of the outcome of the case, making it imperative to consider the long term consequences of any choices made.

As my my client, you will receive clear advice with the utmost consideration being given to your goals and available resources. My fee structure is flexible and I provide legal assistance at rates my clients can afford, whether as a flat fee, an hourly rate, or any other creative arrangement that works.

I live in Waterbury, Vermont with my wife, our two children, two cats and a prickly pygmy hedgehog named Rizzie.
